Overview – Governance

Responsible business conduct creates the bedrock for lasting success. Transparent, ethical governance is a core requirement for building trust among our stakeholders and generating long-term value. Closely tied in with this is the cyber resilience of our infrastructure. We need to systematically protect our critical infrastructure if we are to ensure our integrity and the security of the data entrusted to us.

Our corporate actions are lawful and fair, and we have established clearly defined guidelines for our compliance. We have a policy of zero corruption. To ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and internal regulations, employees and external parties can report violations using either the TellMe whistleblower portal or the Integrity Line at T-Mobile US.
