34 Dividend per share For the 2019 financial year, the Board of Management proposes a dividend of EUR 0.60 for each no par value share carrying dividend rights. On the basis of this payout volume, total dividends in the amount of EUR 2,846 million would be appropriated to the no par value shares carrying dividend rights as of February 10, 2020. The final amount of the total dividend payment depends on the number of no par value shares carrying dividend rights as of the date of the resolution on the appropriation of net income as adopted on the day of the shareholders’ meeting. A dividend of EUR 0.70 for the 2018 financial year for each no par value share carrying dividend rights was paid out in 2019.
