Compensation of Supervisory Board members

The compensation received by the members of the Supervisory Board is specified under § 13 of the Articles of Incorporation of Deutsche Telekom AG. This guarantees that the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board always corresponds to the remuneration system approved by the shareholders meeting.

The shareholders meeting on April 10, 2024 approved the compensation system for the members of the Supervisory Board with a majority of 99.21 % of the votes cast.
