The purchase commitment regarding intangible assets includes the financial obligations arising from the frequency auctions for licenses in the United States and Europe operating segments, which were completed in March 2020. Obligations from the acquisition of interests in other companies to the value of USD 31.3 billion (EUR 28.6 billion) relate to the business combination of T‑Mobile US and Sprint, which was consummated on April 1, 2020.
