Obligations from the acquisition for interests in other companies mainly concern the agreed business combination of T-Mobile US and Sprint at USD 26.5 billion (EUR 22.9 billion). Furthermore, the agreed acquisition of Tele2 Netherlands Holding N.V. results in a commitment of EUR 190 million for the cash component to be paid.
